Services · Independent hospitality

The problem isn't demand. It's having no system of your own.

What we find in discovery, and the service that fixes it.

Every property is different. The leaks are not. Most independent properties lose guests, hours, and money in the same few places. Below are the problems we find most often, and what we do about each one.

Ask yourself

How many inquiries went unanswered last month? Would anyone even know?

The real enemy

The enemy isn't the OTAs. It's one inbox for everything.

✕ Today

One person watches email and Instagram DMs by hand.

✓ With a system

One shared hub the whole team can see.

✕ Today

Stays, group requests, and partner requests land in one pile.

✓ With a system

A pipeline for each type of guest, sorted on arrival.

✕ Today

Handoffs to staff and family run on memory.

✓ With a system

A clear owner and handoff for every role.

✕ Today

The OTAs are the only way to book.

✓ With a system

Direct bookings on your own website, synced with every channel.

✕ Today

Each group or event is priced and planned from scratch.

✓ With a system

A group calendar, price list, and deposit process, ready to go.

✕ Today

Nobody knows what AI tells guests about you.

✓ With a system

Evidence of what AI says, and a plan to fix what it gets wrong.

Each problem. Its fix.

✕ The problem we find

Nobody has written down how an inquiry becomes a booking. Who answers a group request? Who sets the price? Who tells housekeeping? Buying a CRM, a booking engine, or a website before those answers exist means paying to automate confusion.

✓ What changes

One Blueprint the whole team can follow. You know which tools to buy, who owns each step, and how each type of guest is handled, before you spend a dollar on software.

✕ The problem we find

Every inquiry depends on one person checking email and Instagram DMs by hand. When that person is busy, travelling, or asleep, guests wait, and some never hear back. A group lead looks the same as a weekend stay, and handoffs run on memory.

✓ What changes

Every inquiry lands in one shared hub. Each one is sorted into the right pipeline, given a clear owner, and answered with a ready reply and an automatic follow-up. Anyone on the team can pick it up. No one person is the bottleneck.

✕ The problem we find

Airbnb and the OTAs hold the calendar, the guest relationship, and a cut of every booking. Groups, retreats, and events have no page, price list, or deposit process, so each one starts from scratch. Past guests have no direct way to book again.

✓ What changes

A hospitality website that takes direct bookings and payments, synced with your other channels so dates never double-book. Groups and events get their own pages, calendar, pricing, and deposits. The OTAs become one channel, not the only one.

✕ The problem we find

The work gets done, but money and hours slip out in three places. Unverified hours: time on the clock that nobody checks. Redundancy born of silence: two people doing one job, because nobody said so. The owner blind spot: the problem is loud, so the owner buys a tool or a marketing package instead of fixing it.

✓ What changes

A clear map of where your time and money leak, in plain language, with the fixes in order. Then we fix them with your team: simple procedures, clear owners, and the right tools only where they earn their keep.

✕ The problem we find

Your team uses AI by accident, or not at all. Some people paste guest replies from ChatGPT. Others don't trust it. Nobody knows what is safe to hand off, or what a person must still check.

✓ What changes

Your team uses AI for the right jobs: drafting guest replies, writing procedures, summarizing reviews, and building reports. Everyone knows the rules for what a person checks before anything goes out.

✕ The problem we find

Guests now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI assistants where to stay. If AI can't read your facts, or doesn't trust them, it names another property. Most owners have no idea what AI says about them.

✓ What changes

Evidence of what AI tells guests about you, question by question, tested with the Morpho R3B1 Study. Then a correction plan in priority order.

  • Every finding shows the question, the AI tool, and the date
  • What the test cannot show, stated plainly

How we start

Sign the Blueprint first. Decide the rest with facts.

No early tech decisions. No scope creep. Scope creep is when a project slowly grows past what was agreed, and the bill grows with it. Starting with the Blueprint stops that. You commit to the build only after the plan and the scope are fixed. It protects both of us.

Phase 1

Blueprint

We map how the property runs today, with input from the whole team. You get the plan and a fixed scope for the build.

Phase 2

Leads & operations

We set up the shared hub, the pipelines, the replies, and the follow-ups. Then we train the team.

Phase 3

Direct booking

We build the website, booking engine, payments, and calendar sync, and set up groups and events.

The Blueprint decides

  • Which tools you actually need
  • The right PMS and booking engine
  • The website scope
  • How much automation you need
  • The order we build in

Not a guest-systems project?

Operations, AI enablement, and Morpho AIO can each start on their own. Every engagement starts the same way: a 30-minute call, then a written scope we agree on together.
